- We can cancel orders that have not shipped for a full refund to the original method of payment.
- We cannot cancel or refund orders that we’ve already shipped.

Shipping and product quality issues:
- We will handle any shipping difficulties that arise on a case-by-case basis.
- If you give us an incorrect address and the envelope is returned to us, we may ask you to cover postage to the correct address.
- We take no responsibility for items not delivered by the courier, stolen items, etc.
